Repair Policy

A repair policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which a company will repair or replace defective products. It typically specifies what the warranty covers, what it doesn’t cover, and how to initiate a repair claim.

Warranty Coverage:
Defects or issues are covered under the warranty, often including those caused by material or workmanship issues.
Warranty Exclusions:
warranty does not cover, such as damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
Repair Process:
original invoice required where warranty mentioned
Return Authorization (RMA):
Some companies require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before a customer can return a product for repair.
Repair Timeframe:
charges will me made for components where repair applicable.
Post-Repair Warranty:
Time Frame will be decided on time.

Damage from Misuse or Negligence: This excludes damage caused by improper handling, use, or maintenance of the product.
Liquid Damage: Does not cover damage caused by exposure to liquids.
Physical Abuse: This excludes damage from physical impact, dropping, or other forms of abuse.
Unauthorized Repairs: Repairing the product yourself or having it repaired by an unauthorized service can void the warranty.
Normal Wear and Tear: This excludes damage from normal use and aging of the product.
Damage from Natural Disasters: policies do not cover damage from events like earthquakes, floods, or fires.
