Techplus Services offers a 07-day return and exchange policy for most items, starting from the date of delivery. Returns are generally free, and you can initiate the process through the WhatsApp or website. Certain items like imported items and special ordered items are not eligible for return.

For Cash on Delivery, Easypaisa Shop (OTC), or JazzCash Mobile Account payments, refunds are usually credited to your Easypaisa or Jazzcash account.
Non-returnable items:
Imported items are non refundable
Warranty:
